When a 3D model with hatch on a section (and the section is part of a combined state) is exported in STEP AP242, then when you open the combined states of the STEP AP242 hatch won't appear on the section.

 

You have to activate hatch manually by : right-click on the section -> edit the definition -> display hatch pattern

 

Creo should display automatically hatch on a section after a STEP AP242 export (part of the MBD definition)
