Set modeltree width when not floating/docked

Set modeltree width when not floating/docked

At the moment, when the modeltree is undocked, you can set the modeltree width as a percentage.

This option is not available when the modeltree is docked.

The information at Case Details: 16262632

was incorrect, as it stated that the modeltree width would be set, it's not the entire modeltree, but only the column modeltree.

As such, the product idea, request,  is to be able to set the model tree width as a percentage when it's NOT floating /docked.

2. What version of Creo Parametric are you currently running?
7.0.7>>8.0.3
5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
It's a small change, but this would save frustration when changing model tree columns and not having to change the width each time.
