Sheet metal Bend angle precision

Sheet metal Bend angle precision

Currently, in Creo 2 drawing mode, when we show a flat pattern of a sheet metal part, we can get the parametric bend angles to display.  But, it seems to be 'hard coded' to 2 decimal places. it would be nice to be able to set / alter that, as we do with dims.

2nd: It also would be nice to be able to move the anchor point for said bend angle note.  Currently, it is attached on the mid-pint of the bend line.  To slide it along the bend line would be a nice touch.

We can alter the number of decimal places, and also the anchor point, but we then loose the parametric relation.

It is so silly to see sheetmetal angles with two decimal places of precision.

Makes you wonder if any engineers or fabricators were involved in the application design process.

As usual - work-around by placing your own parametric note...

This is probably because in non metric units you want to have more decimal places. Only in metric units it's quite odd. And accidentally PTC is an American company...

Dear team,

This is very important to have the ability to control the precision of Bend angle note value.

@kamleshjoshi if you use the imperial system I can imagine it's important. But when you use metric (like the rest of the world) chances are quite low you need decimal places. But to be flexible I also prefer an configuration option to control the number of decimal places.
