Sheetmetal Cut: option to permanent disable "Remove material normal to surface" option by default when creating a cut feature

This "always on" of SMT cut normal to surface has from my POV two disadvantages:
- takes up to 30% more calculation/regeneration time
- circles are (sometimes??) converted into splines
Requirement: a config.pro option to switch this option to "off"
