Simplified Reps Improvement

Hello,

When creating large assemblies, it is convenient to group items within the model tree as the assembly becomes more complex.  May I suggest allowing a user to select groups when creating simplified reps in order to include or exclude those groups with one click.  Same idea applies to patterns (hardware patterns for example).

Currently, the user has to manually explode the group or pattern to select items within.  This can be very cumbersome and time consuming.  Thank you.

Don't forget to vote on your own idea!!

I like the idea, I typically expand the group or pattern, select the first component then shift select the last to get them all and right click set rep to do it reasonably quickly but on large assemblies, this can be a painfully slow selection process.

To be able to select the pattern or group itself and setting the rep for all contained components would definitely be a time saver.
