Splitting surface by curve

Splitting surface by curve

Hi.

I would like to suggest new function "Split Surface by Curve".

This function exists in Creo Simulate - "Surface Region".

I need same functionality in Creo Parametric.

Note:

There is also automatic splitting in Moldesign.

Thanks

Regards

Martin Stary

Just a comment...

Currently it is possible to display yellow cross-hatching inside area surrounded by sketched curve.

and it is also possible to split quilts with curves

and if you want to solidify the quilts and want to keep the patches, then you can convert one patch with the warp feature

but in your example I would use a cosmetic sketch with a cross hatch or a ECAD region with a tiny height
