Stop Allowing Colinear and Horisontal/Vertical Constrants

When creating a collinear constraint that places a line on colinear with a linear reference, Creo allows any H or V constraints to remain.  This is technically over constrained, because both are only valid as long as the reference remains horizontal or vertical.  If the reference changes, due to draft being applied for example, the sketch fails because both constraints cannot be satisfied:

When a colinear constraint is applied, Creo should require that any H or V constrained be removed.

I agree, this over-constraint should not be allowed.  Another over-constraint that should not be allowed is when an endpoint of a line segment that is colinear with a reference line is constrained to be on that same reference line.

It's a bit of a mystery as to why the system detects a conflict if you try to add to this situation the 3rd constraint of the other endpoint of the line segment to be on the reference:
