Suppress Pattern instances:

I have total 60 holes (6X10). I made first hole and patterened (6) in X direction using Point pattern. Now I patterned (10) first pattern set of 6 in Y direction to get 60 holes. Now my design requires 59 holes only so I need to suppress one hole. I know we cant supress the origin holes but I am looking for an option to suppress Pattern instances. Currently if you select patterrn instances and try to suppress Creo is suppressing entire family.

If you select "Edit definition" on your pattern you'll see a series of dots representing each instance. Click on the black dot representing the instance you do not want and it will be eliminated from the pattern. Now, with the pattern structure you've described, eliminating just one may not be possible.
