Sweep blend geometry

Tried to use the sweep blend command to make attached part. Trajectort at both end is straight. All sections are round and last three sections are with same diameter,But when clicking of dimensions and when checking dimension at the end it doesn't show diameter. Instead it shows arc length. PTC should need update for the issue.

Hi,

it is better to open Discussion, describe the problem, attach pictures and wait for a help.

If you want to see feature dimensions, select feature in Model tree, click small triangle at the front of it, select all Sections, press Right mouse button and use Edit command.

That is Cross sections Which I made for part. But actual surface has no Diameter. When I tried to Assemble, It can not assemble by Coincident. that is not ok.

Please contact PTC Support. I am sorry I do not understand you well.

It's because you are tapering down from the previous cross-section. I agree it should allow a coincident constraint just like it does on a conical revolve.

For assembly purposes, I would simply add an axis to align with your mating component provided it also has an axis.

Another option would be to end your swept blend at the end of the 80.00 radius and then add a revolve feature for the final straight section. It's not a good solution but it will allow you to add a coincident constraint.
