I wish to have influence to change the default direction of the loop path in sweep, because it is alwais oposite 
It can work also better if Creo maintain the same direction as it is on preview with only the first edge selected - because it is generelly correct!

I see also that the source of the problem is because start point is in other place:
I recommend to maintain the start point as it was the start during first edge selection!
Then result will be ok! 
This improvement will help to not flip direction almost every time, so the work will give more pleasure
Sometimes plaing with direction to obtain right position on the path is much harder in comparison to this example - when the pathe edge is solid not a surface Creo can catch side surfaces as reference instead face surface etc.
