When inserting a drawing symbol from the symbol palette the variable text does not retain its state.
The variable text is prompted on inserting the symbol - no ability to use dropdown menus etc.
It would be great if the state of the variable text is retained from the symbol palette and/or the dropdown list is available during placement.
