Temporary Section View

Have a temporary section view so when I'm working in my 500 part assemblies I don't have to scroll down through my tree for 5 mins to activate or deactivate a section view.

Maybe sections could be in their own pop-out tree like Layers.

Or a split view tree similar to this Idea:  Split Model Tree

And also provide a gizmo on-screen to easily step up or down the cutting plane distance. Sometimes we need to zoom to a place in an assembly and move the section view offset distance, and we don't see the original gizmo. We have to constantly enter values in the distance box, when it would be useful to step up or down using the mouse.

You can alternatively use the view manager to activate the sections instead of scrolling all the way down.
