The ability to apply polar dimensions

The ability to apply polar dimensions. Similar to ordinate dimensions, but around an axis.

This is useful when you need to dimensions circular view angles where normal dimensioning schemes clutter the screen.

Currently if this is desired, the customer sketches the dim lines, add notes for the angles and relates these to the view
