The ability to define multiple tabs in embeded browser

The ability to define multiple tabs in embeded browser

I would like the ability to configure multiple default tabs in the embeded browser.

Today you can specify a single default home page using config.pro option - "web_browser_homepage"

In Internet Explorer you can specify multiple default tabs when you open the browser:

IE_EXAMPLE.jpg

Perhaps the option would allow for more than one webpage address to be specified for the config option:

web_browser_homepage www.yahoo.com, www.google.com, www.ptc.com

I see this post was created/requested over two years ago... on Apr 12, 2013 11:25 AM by BryantMorgan  -  I came across this need today. Why is it so difficult for PTC to write some code to emulate what, just about any browser out there can do???  how many signatures/votes does it take for PTC to implement something like this??

let me guess... SolidWorks. that's usually what PTC reacts to. If SolidWorks did it, then they will figure out a way to implement it into Creo. right?

If anyone else has any other ideas how to make this functionality work, even without config options, I would be grateful to hear.

The ability to define multiple home tabs in the embedded browser of Creo seems like a good enhancement to consider.  This will be added to the current list of UI/UX enhancements needed for Creo.  As stated in a prior idea post, this is an area PTC is focused on from release to release.  Will work to address this enhancement in a future release of Creo.
