Currently when creating a new drawing and Drawlist option is visible the option Once is always the default (see CS51461).

Currently, there is no way to overwrite the default value for this option.

This is, in our opinion, a potential source of error because the configuration drawlist is not updated anymore in the drawing views.
We need the ability to set the default value for the option Drawlist to Always when creating a new drawing with configurations.
