Currently only dimensions catch the center of the PRP = projected reference point if you klick on his circle.

Would be glad if all the other geometry elements would also catch the center of the PRP = Projected Reference Point

 

Next it would be good if you can choose the Center for measurements
and also as a reference point for changes such as MOVE and STRETCH it should be catchable.
