The commands for Tangent Dimension should also accept the DIM_OLD_ALIGNMENT function

DA_DIM_TAN in Drafting and am_create_dim_tang in Annotation are a big improvement.
but they should also accept the DIM_OLD_ALIGNMENT function

DIM_OLD_ALIGNMENT enables or disables linear dimension aligning, when user clicks on reference dimension.
ON - enabled  OFF - disabled

The new alignment feature works in my opinion not always exact when working from a greater distance.
I think it would be good if you have both options.
