To place geometrical tolerances and symbols in part mode

A geometrical tolerance with leader can be placed with 2 different procedures.

1. procedure: Condition: "Tangent Leader" or "Normal Leader" and placement: "On Entity".

2. procedure: Condition: "With Leader" and placement: "On Entity" or "On Surface".

A symbol with leader can be placed with following procedure.

Condition: "With Leaders" and placement "On Entity" or "On Surface" or ...

Following problem exists:

Neither a geometrical tolerance nor a symbol can be placed with a perpendicular leader on a surface (like shown in the picture below).

It would be great to have following procedure available in Creo:

Condition: "Tangent Leader" or "Normal Leader" and placement: "On Surface" (see picture below).
