Users need additional information from Windchill when object is "inaccessible"

1. Aerospace, project manager, engineers and government overseers

2. Our users install various versions of Creo; preparing push for Creo 7

3,4. Issue: When opening an assembly in Creo, components that the user does not have access to are marked in red text.  There are multiple reasons a user may not have access to a component, including access control or security labels, but there is no indication in Creo.  Users are requesting additional details in Creo.

5.  Value: This would speed up the troubleshooting process and potentially allow user to resolve the issue themselves rather than open a support ticket.
