We would like to use motion envelope function for making assembly fixture or test fixture because the subassemblies are embedded in a fixture. The way is just similar with doing a vertical kinematic motion. By, doing so, it will save a lot of time on remove surfaces on the vertical direction. However, the elements which was generated from Creo motion envelope is too rough even through I have adjusted the quality to 10 (the highest range). Is there any way to adjust configurtion file to make the trianglial element smaller? Or can PTC makes envelope quality adjustment level higher. We really don't mind that computer takes longer time in calculation.
