Because not the text window is opened in the manual hatching (am_man_hatch)

Actually I am not concerned, because I have never used manual hatch according to my knowledge.

But my voice you have

The only workaround I have found is:

First create the text, then the hatching for the contour and then a manual box around the text.

Unfortunately, he does not move with the text when you change or move.
