When defining WELD PREFERNCES, allow the usage of RELATIONS

I would like to set up a weld preference for tack welds. We have a standard that defines the number of tack welds along a joint based on the length of the joint. Unfortunately, the interface where we define the variable called 'Number of Welds' in the Weld Preferences menu only accepts an integer in that field. Rather than hard-coding in some value that will almost certainly need to be calculated & modified later, why not have that happen automatically by entering a relation that refers to the weld joint parameter LENGTH, performs some function on it, then rounds it up to thge next highest integer, something like CEIL(function of LENGTH).  By automating this, you could not only eliminate the need to manually calculate & enter the number of welds, but you could also easily ensure some level of consistency in the definition of tack welds by making that preference available to all users at a facility.
