It seems simple, but the ability to edit the attachement of the baseline for an ordinate dimension would be very useful. Usually I find that loses it's connection when copying parts and the respective prints (not every time, that's just where I see it most). Also, why can't the baseline change at any time? As long as the line is parrallel it should be able to be moved at any time and the connected dimensions can update accordingly.
