add layout .cem file with text into an assembly

As per the help center,     layouts can be assembled into a Creo Parametric assembly as a component, similar to using a skeleton model. Any 2-D geometry in Creo Layout that is designated as Public becomes curve geometry in the 3-D assembly that can be referenced. It seems like text is not an entity handled when importing layout features into the 3D model.  In our company, we would like to create an assembly of a plant (for example) on the layout. This works out better with the text in the assembly for reference. The problem of not having text also shows up when we create drawings-Drawing will have no text to complete the design. Can we get a  text in 3D assembly?
