I have checked into this issue and found that, as per current functionality, it is not possible to add a new to row to an existing table with the default text style/ height. (You may refer to CS52055 for more information)It
This is an intended functionality of Pro/ENGINEER that the default text height for a table will be registered with it at the time of its first creation. The text height that is set will be the drawing default text height available at the time of creation.
If one drawing is created at REV A and changes are submitted and added to the dreving, then the drawing needs to be updated to REV B. To do this the drawing revision block needs to be updated. I do this by adding a new row to the revision table and put in the appropreaite revision information. However, for one reason or another, the new row added to the table has a didderent text size then the default for the revision block has on the drawing. So there are several ways to change this text hieght and I do just that. I feel there should be a config file that could be up dated to change the text size in added rows without having to have to go through each block to reset the text hieght one needs for the new added row.
