It could be useful to be able to change a tolerance table within the family table along with the dimension

I'm currently having issues with this.  I have a family of parts that I need to produce.  Most of the dimensions have a specific tight +/- tolerance (example: +000 / -.001) as required by the customer to meet existing parts.  If I dimension a feature on a single part, I control tolerance information.  Why does PTC remove this capability in Family Tables.  This is basic stuff here.  Does anyone have info I'm missing? any help would be appreciated.

This appears to be current functionality, at least in Creo 3 M050.
