It is very easy to create cloud over some part of drawing for highlighting purpose in 2D software like Auto cad & microstation.But in pro/E it is very time consuming.
Only way to use Arc and join them one by one. But if in the place of this if Pro/E is having line style like arc it can be achive very easily.
