Currently, the dtl option default_bom_balloon_type will only work if the drawing is already created and the symbol is stored within the drawing file itself. This makes using custom symbols very tedious to use with a repeat region. We have to use a mapkey to bring in the table and load in the symbol at the same time. The option default_bom_balloon_type should bring it in automatically when drawings are created form formats.
