Community Tip - Did you get called away in the middle of writing a post? Don't worry you can find your unfinished post later in the Drafts section of your profile page. X

determine the time of the regeneration yourself

determine the time of the regeneration yourself

It should not be regenerated automatically after every change, but at a time that the user himself determines.
The regeneration certainly takes fifty percent of the construction time.
This time could be dramatically reduced if one could make several changes in succession without regeneration.

An example:

One part has 300 draft angles.
You change the first, after all the following 299 are regenerated.
You change the fifth, after Burzigung all subsequent 295 are regenerated.
and so on.
This costs an incredible amount of time - completely unnecessary.

Have you tried the option enable_auto_regen ?

I'm not sure it is a solution to your problem but it would be worth a try.

It worked for me.

I edited 5 draft angles and none of them regenerated until I pushed the regeneration button.

There's also a thing called insert mode. When you need to edit lots of features that are at the beggining of the model tree, it's better to do an insert mode, and start advancing and editing the features gradually.
