freeze the model

I would like to be able to freeze the equipment built (I wish it would become no- more parametric) and that will only be modified in some details that the parametricity of creo could damage.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

also I would like to use sketch as autocad implicitly (sometimes we draw difficult section to estrude)

This depends on your file storage and your library parts and LOTS of other factors.
if you are using PDMLink to store your files, you can uses states and folder access to control what parts get changed and what is accessible.

If you are using directories (folders) to store your files, you can make those folders read only so the items can't be changed.

If you work on projects that are all separate and stand alone, you can put those in their own folder and control access with read only folders and use and update search paths in your config to not typically have access to files in those folders unless you are working on them.

If you are using LOTS of external references in your modeling practices and you get failures, maybe you need to consider your modeling practices and chose your references wisely.

If you really want to break the parametric features,you can export files to shrinkwraps or some other format that doesn't connect to the design models..

If you really want your product idea to be considered, you will need to specify your use cases.

I'm not sure i understand your sketch idea. If you have multiple ideas, it is always good to put them in as separate posts so they can be considered and voted on my other users and tracked by PTC.

You can simply use "Read Only" capability ( Operations->Read Only-> Set All )
