get Rid of Scrollbars

Get rid of as many scrollbars as possible in the interface, in menu such as extrude depth, show all options at once. 

Having to scroll and search through the Hidden options is annoying and time consuming.  There is plenty of screen space, please just list them all without the scoll bars. 

Also there is plenty of screen space to the right that is being WASTED, why not move more of the interface over there so we don't have to click on so many tabs that hide the controls we need to use?
