placing a chamfer on a conical part is not recognised by annotation

placing a chamfer on a conical part is not recognised by annotation

if you try to annotate a chamfer that has been placed on a conical part you get an error: "The selected element cannot be used to create a dimension of the current type [Chamfer-Dim]. Please select again."

so i tried using the default linear annotation commands, but the outcome is not as desired.conical_chamfer.JPG

Hello Ward,

you can use the PRP = Projected Reference Point to place the dimensions

In drafting it also does not work

Would you please add Drafting to the categories?

Concerning the "projected reference point" you can view the following ideas.

The links do not work correctly and must placed by copy and paste into the address field
