While using fillet and chanfer option, in skecth environment, it should be possible to have the selected corners, with the same dimension. Now it's one of each dimension, after we need to constraint the dimensions to have the same value.
Here's a tip: Use the "Circular trim" or "chamfer trim" (the versions that don't create any "help lines"). Then, once you've added all your fillets, you click the MMB to complete the tool. Now all the fillets you just created are selected. So, before you do anything else, hit the RMB and choose "Equal". This will constrain all the fillets you just created to be equal in size, with no extra work on your part to select them again to constrain them.
