Even in Creo 3.0 F000 I still see that cache folder exist under old ProENGINEER name!
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire
I think it should be changed and if user wish to use in paralel two different Creo versions the caches folders should be stored in separate folders like in this example:
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Creo\Parametric2M090
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Creo\Parametric3F000
