How do I open a topic here? I've been using Creo for 12 years now and would like to ask a question about GUI settings.

You are in the right community, but this group is limited for creating new questions.

At the top of the screen, Select Creo Parametric, then open the System Administration group,

You should be able to click the Start Topic button to ask your question.
