Page 11 in the document PTC Schools Programme - UK 2012.pdf explains how to get support. installation/configuration is dealt with above. Teaching and learning.questions should go to the trainer first then to me and if necessary I can involve our wider team.
I would encourage all trainers to issue the UK document to all teachers they have contact with. It contains information on all aspects of The PTC Academic Programme in schools. If you find anything we have missed let me know.
