2D Drawing Markup Dimension Value Override

Marked up dimensions on 2d drawings of Creo view report the size according to the drawing scale.  On a drawing there may be many views that do not correspond to the same scale and hence would not match the actual real value.  

We need the ability to override the dimensions so that we can properly markup a drawing.  If I cannot change the value the tool becomes nearly useless because in drawing with multiple scales I cannot dimension any missing dimensions on the marked up print. 

More flexibility in the mark up tools would be helpful in using the tool.
