Add a transparency to the color, when adding a new color in Creo View using Color Palette

 Adding transparency to the color, not adding it after when viewing the Cad Part, but to define it in the color itself with a percentage. Fot now it can be made as you click on the cad part itself, but not as an option on the color Palette to choose.
