Add full simplified rep support to Creo View Adapters

Hello everyone,

The user defined simplified representations are not supported in assembly and part :

Don't forget to vote up your idea.  Also, you might get more interest if you changed the title to something like, "Add full simplified rep support to Creo View Adapters".

This feature was delivered in Creo View 6.1 to support User Defined Simp Reps on parts.
