Sometimes during a session of Creo View lite, a user needs to add on certain functionality from other licenses, like ECAD/MCAD. Instead of shutting down, restarting and reopening everything up, it would be great if the licenses can be loaded during session.

I totally agree, 

It's not user friendly after loading 4GB of data to restart the process.

So everyone always starts with Creo View MCAD and occupies the floating licenses.
