For the moment, when we have some annotations on a figure, and we use the arrange tool from the callouts tab, this tool uses the center of the annotations because it's not possible to redefine the location of the attachment line on the annotations.
It wil be very helpful to add this option with differents options (top, bottom, center, right, left ...).
