Command to Add to Layer

I would like to be able to select a feature from the tree or graphics window and select a command to add to a layer.

Example:

• Select feature or features
• RMB and select "Add to Layer"
• Select desired layer from list

This would make it a lot easier to add items not captured by rules to a layer.

This is still an idea that could save much time as of 7.0.8.0.

Current work flow is:  switch to or open layer tree > RMB on layer > select layer properties > [switch back to model tree > select feature / select feature in graphics window] > Select OK to Layer Properties > switch to model tree or close layer tree.

Requested work flow: Select feature in model tree > select add to layer > select layer from list.
