There should be some way to configure the Common Folders shortcuts that are available in the Open/Save/Import/... dialogs as new places for managing data are added. For instance, we have moved to OneDrive and SharePoint (with folders linked into OneDrive) and those folders are today accessible through the Folder Tree submenu. An improvement would be to
1) be able to add links to Common Folders in the Creo Illustrate setup/configuration
2) for users to add/remove shortcuts to Common Folders
