Currently one places BlockShapes and Groups to Sheet based on fixed Datum (point) in symbol and location in screen. The screen location can be free or fixed to grid.
There is a pile of cases where one has either not used grid or due design change, which will then lead to need of relocating the symbols to neat clusters. There is currently either move or dragging with mouse available for this task.
