Apparently, when sending an IDX baseline to the ECAD team, ECAD Validate doesn't allow notes. The note functionality is only for proposals. How can the MCAD team send notes to the ECAD team? We need a mechanism that will allow us to have the process. We want to specify notes like clipping leads, applying epoxy, bending some tall components, etc.
