Creo View 5.1 should be updated to measure like Creo Parametric 4.0 and later.  The use of a "Smart" filter is still in Creo View 5.1 and should be removed.  Creo View should default to "Faces" or use the setting that the user can set under the options area.  Even with a filter set measure still defaults to picking the model first.   Creo View needs to work AT LEAST the same as Creo Parametric or easier.  The level of user that uses Creo View is not at the level of a Creo Parametric user.
