The model tree is cluttered enough with a large assembly that to add the drawings to that display would be even more confusing.
Where do you put them in the tree, they are not models so they don't go under the model name. They technically sit on top of the model, so they should be listed above the model?
How do you handle a model or sub-assembly that is shown in multiple drawings? Do you show ALL drawings that use that model/sub-assembly?
Some of our common models may be shown in 20-30 assemblies and drawings.
If this even gets considered, it will need lots of thought into how to show the model tree and there will need to be filters to turn the display of drawings off from the tree.
It would also ONLY apply if you used Windchill as there is no linkage between the model/assembly and the drawing(s) outside of a PLM.
