Cabling Parameter (REFERENCE DESIGNATION) feature is appearing as a annotation in Creo parametric, In Creo View, cabling Parameter value get uploaded but annotation is not appearing.

Requirement is the cabling parameter needs to be displayed as a annotation  in Creo View as like in Creo Parametric so that it’s very easy to do the document preparation with surrounding environment.
