When working with large context in Creo Illustrate it is often necessary to check the surrounding of the parts in the scene. Today when switching between figures, SBOM and showing/ hiding parts the 3D figure is automatically updated.
This can result in data loss in the 3D figure and work needs to be done again.
Suggestion:
- Enable a setting where it can be controlled when the figures update:
- Automatically as today
- After being prompted when switching figure or saving
- Choose to only update selected parts / callouts:./
- E.g. right click menu on the figure thumbnail.
