Currenly Creo ECAD-MCAD Collaboration Extension (ECX) has the ability to show incremental changes and cross-highlight between MCAD and ECAD model views. This enhances users ability to show incremental changes. See it at: ECAD/MCAD Cross-selection - PTC - YouTube
Similar functionality would be great to compare Creo Schemantics and Creo Piping/Cabling design:
- Creo Schematics artifacts have Refrence designator (or name) and visualization is published as *.eda files to Windchill
- Creo Parametic Piping and Cabling components have Reference designators after routing
Therefore all building blocks are in place already.
